A remarkable team of Moscow chefs is coming to Los Angeles in December! They’re led by Igor Gubernsky, who oversees both the capital’s Taste of Moscow and the sprawling Gastronomic Festival, involving over more than fifty Russian restaurants––every year. Arriving with Igor are some stars from the White Rabbit restaurant – currently ranked #18 by “The World’s Fifty Best Restaurants.” They include Anatoly Kazakov (Russia’s Best Chef, 2012), Georgy Troyan (Russia’s Best Chef, 2015), and Sergey Lobachev (from Moscow’s TsDL – home to Moscow’s bohemian elite). Together they will showcase traditional a wide range of Russian dishes with a modern, global flair.
